Four Day Tour South Coast & Canberra Experience:
AUD$ 1900 per person
(Min 2 people)
Day 1: The picturesque south coast
of Sydney, Bulli Pass, Mt Keira Lookout, Buddhist Temple,
and coast roads with ocean views. Port Kembla, the
Kiama Blow Hole. Seven Mile Beach, Shoalhaven Heads
and Nowra before heading up through Kangaroo Valley
stopping to take the short boardwalk to view the spectacular
Fitzroy Falls. We make our overnight stop at a charming
guesthouse in Bundanoon. Bundanoon is the Southern
Highlands at its best with that Old English feel. We
can visit the glow worm glen tonight.
Day 2: Travel secluded forest trails
and fantastic scenery through State forests, stopping
to have a good look around Goulburn. With its warm
country hospitality, Heritage buildings (oldest convict
built buildings) and evidence of Australia’s wild bushranger
days. Visiting Old Goulbourn Brewery – the Oldest in
Australia.
Overnight for two nights in Canberra.
Day 3: A full day looking around the
many sights of Canberra.
Canberra is known as the “bush capital” being a very
carefully planned city, it is like nowhere else on
earth. It is a must to see on your Australian Travels.
It is a distinctive city that no matter where you go
the countryside is never far away.
From our climb up the Telstra Tower you can clearly
see the city’s unique design. Lake Burley Griffin;
Parliament House, War Memorial, National Gallery, High
Court, National Library and the War Memorial to name
just a few.
Visit a sheep station and watch shearing and working
dog displays.
Day 4: Travel north through delightful
countryside to Wombeyan Caves. Optional Cave Tour or
relax and watch kangaroos grazing on the lush green
grasses. We drive from here on the very narrow winding
trail, through “the hole in the wall” back to civilisation
at historic Mittagong. Beautiful Southern Highlands
and Bowral with it’s antique and craft outlets.
