Day 1: Cross the famous Hawkesbury River
and experience the real Australian bush as we travel
on top of a ridge and into a small fern lined valley.
The meandering Colo River and enjoy the peace and serenity
of this area. The original convict built road, through
areas of significant aboriginal heritage following
the tracks of the aboriginal dreaming serpent, we climb
high onto the top of the Great Dividing Range surveying
one of the world’s largest wilderness areas and home
to the ancient Wollemi Pine.
Overnight accommodation at a winery estate with superb
service on a picturesque vineyard.
Day 2: The rolling green hills of the
Hunter Valley wineries, tasting and savouring the flavours
of some of the world’s best. Enjoying lunch in these
pleasant surroundings.
Then a taste of excitement on Stockton Beach where
we gaze upon a shipwreck and experience the thrill
of driving over the tallest sand dunes on the East
coast of Australia.
Overnight accommodation Nelson Bay with superb service
in this water paradise.
Day 3: A trip back in time to the local
lighthouse museum with its spectacular ocean views.
Cruise for a 2 hour journey into a paradise of crystal
clear bays, white beaches, inlets and islands. With
special guest appearances by one of the worlds most
lovable sea creatures, the dolphin (98% success rate).
Experiencing the excitement and adventure of true
four wheel driving with amazing scenery and wildflowers
as we venture through 4WD trails in the Watagan Mountains
on our way back to Sydney.
