Day 1: This is an experience for the real
adventurer, the scenic Blue Mountains, over the Great
Dividing Range high up on the plateau. This is not your
average tourist drive, hold on as your experienced driver
takes you down the rock steps into the Lost City of Managaroo,
Bird Rock and Carne Valley. Walk through an abandoned
railway tunnel and marvel at the tiny glow worms and
emerge into a secret garden of tree ferns and trickling
creeks.
Overnight accommodation in the beautiful Blue Mountains.
Day 2: Great trails today including
escarpments with awesome views and visiting an Aboriginal
Art site. Through historic Hartley Vale before a gourmet
lunch at the oldest pub in the Blue Mountains. Onto
Govert’s Leap, Katoomba and all its fantastic sights
including Narrow Neck, Three Sisters and cliff drive.
Take the plunge down on the sceniscender and walk the
rainforest floor before taking the exhilarating trip
back up the escarpment on the world's steepest railway.
Have afternoon tea with the Kangaroos and Cockatoos
before heading home after a scenic day.
