The following guide demonstrates the simple steps to follow when using our web booking system

1. Search and Browse the site using the search and menu tools provided. These tools are always available no matter where you are on the site.
   
   
2. Select the Tour or Course of choice and read as much supporting information as you require.
   
   
3. Select The Options applicable to you. If the exact option you need is not obvious, use the comments field on either the product form or the order form, to specify what you require. Alternatively use the contact form or phone us with your questions.
   
   
4. Add Your Selections to the Cart.
   Important Note: Prior to checkout, your cart will reflect the total price payable for the tour or course. This is NOT the amount you will be charged when checking out. After filling in the order form, you will be presented with a detailed cart indicating the full price, the balance to be paid, and the deposit payable at checkout, which is typically around 10% of the total purchase price.
   
   
5. Complete the order form. Information provided is used solely to process your booking and attaned to the arrangements relating to your tour or course. (Don't forget, only a deposit is payable at time of booking. The full balance is paid at a later date. After placing you deposit, you will be contacted by Getabout to finalise the booking details and to confirm all details.)
   
   
6. Your final cart will show the following.

The Total Price Of Your Selection

+ any options you have selected

- the balance to pay

+ The deposit payable when checking out.
We currently accept Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa

At this point you are still able to cancel your booking, alter the cart's contents, or resume looking around the site.
You can also print the form at this time and fax it to us instead of finalising the booking on line.

1. Finalise the booking.
   Once you press this button, your are taken to a secure link on our server (SSL) to process and forward the information safely to us. Your information is encrypted and secure at all times from this point.

On completion, a printable order is displayed. These details and any course notes/instructions will also be forwarded to you by email, with the exception of your credit card details (To protect the security of your personal information.)
