You will also be contacted to finalise booking arrangments and the balance payable for your tour or course. The information you provide when you register is used exclusively for this purpose.

If you do not want us to permanently store this information, please enter a note indicating this into the comments field when registering.

You can also contact us at any time by phone, facsimile or email after placing your booking order and we will remove your details from our system once your booking arrangements are finalised. Please note that if you choose to do this, you will need to re-register each time you return to our site to make further bookings.
